Memories...

I was feeling all sentimental the other day, for no apparent reason, so I went through some of my family's photo albums and decided to scan some. This post really is mostly cause I love to look at these pictures and think of old memories...I know I am indulging myself quite a bit here!...Well, I hope you all get a kick out of them...Oh, and Keaton wasn't alive yet, so that's why he's not in any of these..We still love our Royal Teen Highenss...

Salt Lake 5k...

After weeks of begging and pleading, I finally got my parents and sister Sara to do a running event with Brandon and me-so off to the 5k we went! Brandon ran off like a bat out of hell, and I stayed back with the fam and was so proud of them for doing this. Running isn't their favorite thing to do, but we had a spectacular time! We also ran into Mary and Nate and Cath and Christian and their baby wagons...party time! Our friend Al rocked the marathon as well...We had a fabulous day all around:)

MMMMMMMoab...

I had Friday off, so we decided to go for a quick jaunt to Maob, the city of wonder and redness delight...We also got a new tent, so of course we HAD to test it out. We packed up our stuff and headed to exploration town. Brandon is a really good photographer, so we took some cameras down so he could teach me while we hiked...I used a 35mm film camera, so none of my glorious attempts are up right now, but I will try to figure out the scanner and upload them when we get them developed. Keep all expectations to a minimum, however:). Anyway, we had a fantastic time and want to go a lot more often. ..So...if any of you are up for it, let us know and we'll jet down. We have gotten pretty good at dutch oven dinners and cobbler, so let us blow you away!

Girl's Day Out!!!

Cath, Mary, Al, and I got to have a crazy ole time romping around Park City today. I can't even remember the last time we all rode together. We explored the mountain and the snow was alright for March, which pretty much equaled awesomeness for us:). I love these girls so much! Thanks for the fabulous times!

Since I don't have kids to blog about, I guess I'll have to use that space to include pictures of the dogs...I was watching TV and looked over and saw how cute Brandon and Charley looked, so I took a pic. Oh, and check out B's hair...:)

If you are wondering, that is what I have decided is the only fitting description for Provo's west side. What a dump! Anyway, our family got to enjoy Saturday watching the rugby team play two games. My brother Keaton got into both games, and is playing really well. My older brother Larry and his family are visiting from Chicago and it was fun hanging out with them, even if Lucy was sick...:)love it!

Hooray for spring!

So I didn't really have anything substantial going on, so I decided to celbrate the warmer weather. My favorite thing about spring is the same thing that has gone on since I was born-rugby season! My fav! There's nothing better than sitting on a blanket in the sun, watching a good game. Well, here's an ode to warmer weather and the sunshine! It's about time.:)
